How should I place my order?

You can place your order via our website or through the Direct Message option on Facebook and Instagram.

 

How will my order be delivered?

We work with professional, reputed delivery companies to ensure quick and safe order delivery.

 

How will I know that my order has been placed?

We will contact you via DM, SMS, or email for order confirmation before the shipment is dispatched.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders take between 3 to 4 working days to be delivered.

 

Under what circumstances can I request an exchange?

You are welcome to exchange your product should it contain a manufacturing default, or is the wrong size, amount, or model.  During the exchange process, please pack the product securely using either the original packaging or a new one that is similar in quality.

 

What are the shipping costs?

We will charge Rs. 199 for all orders below Rs. 1999. No shipping costs will be charged for orders above Rs. 1999.

 

Which payment options are available?

We currently provide only the Cash On Delivery option. We will introduce bank transfer and debit/credit card payments soon.

 

Is it possible to refund items bought through discount codes or sales?

Products purchased during sales or promotional periods cannot be refunded or exchanged. In general, for any items that are out of stock, online store coupons will replace cash refunds. 

 

How do I check my order status?

For now, the only way to inquire about your order status is by contacting us via Instagram, Facebook or (insert email address/phone number). We’re presently working on a comprehensive tracking system that will be available in the near future.
